To disable the Comic Clock:
1) Right click on your desktop
2) Select Active Desktop --> Customize My Desktop...
3) Select the "Web" tab
4) Under "View my Active Desktop as a web page" select the Comic Clock
5) Click the "Delete" button on the right
6) This will remove the Comic Clock from your computer
